By attending a mindfulness group or course, you will be able to take a well deserved break out of your busy week. Taking the time to pause, reflect and listen to what your mind and body need. Attending a mindfulness group, enables you to connect with other like-minded people, to explore and learn mindfulness together.
For those who prefer to learn on a 1:1 basis, Minds First offers individual, personalised mindfulness sessions. This allows more time for personal reflection and discussion and sessions can be tailored more specifically for you and your needs. Sessions follow a similar structure to the 8-week course, with optional flexibility in both course content and session length.
Minds First is passionate about delivering mindfulness for children and young people in schools and colleges. It is so important to focus not only on academic success but on the emotional resilience and mental health of children, so that we can help them to thrive and succeed to the best of their ability.
Minds First offers a variety of health and wellbeing workshops, groups and courses based on the practise of mindfulness; an evidence-based practice proven to increase resilience, productivity, creativity, and improve working relationships, whilst reducing stress, anxiety, depression and burnout.
